The Informal Skills Scanner
The project developed a tool that provides seafarers with assessment results of their personal informal transversal skills.
It identifies and assesses their transversal informal skills in order to widen their skills portfolio and support their career opportunities, using partly Europass skills frameworks for the assessment.
